The Big Island has been my home since 1991 and I have been a licensed Realtor® since 1997, primarily assisting buyers and sellers along East Hawaii's Hamakua Coast. One of the many reasons I enjoy my real estate career is because it gives me an opportunity to share the beauty of the Big Island with others who are considering moving here.
Besides selling real estate full time, I also own a working horse and cattle ranch which I have operated for over a decade. My youngest daughter, her husband and their children also have a home on the ranch and help run it. Since the early 1990s, I have been showing, breeding and raising Rein Cow Horses and I have been involved with the Hawaii Quarter Horse Association.
My ranching experience and many years of participation in showing and breeding horses have allowed me to successfully assist many buyers who have been searching for large-acreage Big Island properties suitable for farming or ranching. Not only can I help you navigate the ins and outs of finding the home or parcel of land that meets your needs, I can also offer insight into the process of shipping animals to and from Hawaii and, for new residents, help you get connected to the ranching community here on the island.
If you are considering selling your East Hawaii property, please contact me for a straightforward analysis of the market trends in your area and to discuss the steps to listing your property. I look forward to being of service to you.
